Gretel Lott

I lead Steelcase's DoD contract team in Maryland and have experience in both public and private sectors in leadership, interior design, and project management. As a thought leader and change agent, I have led diverse groups through innovation, training, and change management. I am known for developing strategic leadership goals and have the skills required to align corporate culture to match.

In addition to being a registered Interior Designer in the state of Maryland, I am a LEED AP in Interior Design and Construction. My experience over the last 20 years has deepened my passion for people and building connections through listening and sharing. I have written and answered design proposals across different verticals, and have an affinity for understanding what people need to produce better products through connection with the right people and tools. I bring passion and volunteer experience to move my community forward through advocacy and innovative strategy.
